A Pharmaceutical Serum Formula for Dazzling Eyelashes

The Latisse serum is created from its key ingredient ‘Bimatoprost’. It is a medicine produced by Allergan company in 2001 and is primarily used as eye drops for the treatment of eye disorders glaucoma and hypertensive eye pressure.

It was later noticed by doctors that patients undergoing bimatoprost treatment, experienced eyelash development and improvement. This led to the creation of generic Latisse by the same company that manufactured bimatoprost eye drops. The Latisse serum also received approval from the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in the year 2008. It has helped many people with eyelash hypotrichosis, not enough lashes, or inadequate lashes to get luxuriant eyelashes with its treatment.

Tips for Latisse Use

It is important to note that, generic Latisse for eyelashes treatment is not approved for people under 18 years. Also, it is advised for pregnant and breastfeeding women to avoid the use of the serum.

People with the conditions such as eye surgery, eye infections or allergies, kidney and liver problems, eye trauma or injury, other medical/health problems must consult a doctor before you buy Latisse online or from the pharmacy to ensure if it is safe for you.

It is a prescribed medication; it should not be used by anybody else except whom the medicine is prescribed. Wrong use of the Latisse serum can lead to eye complications, infections, or vision problems.

Latisse treatment will begin to show its progressive changes within 8 weeks of its use. Use the serum diligently without its dosages being overused or missed, to get longer, thicker, and fuller eyelashes by the end of the 16 weeks of the treatment.

The serum must only be applied to the upper eyelid margin of your eyes, it is not recommended to be used on the lower eyelashes. Do not use the same applicator brush for both eyes, it will help to prevent contamination.

There should not be use or application of cosmetics, makeup, eye lenses or eyelash extension, etc during the application of the serum. If you use eye lenses, kindly remove them before applying serum and re-insert them 15-20 min after the serum is used.

Note- If you experience any serious side effects or allergic reactions during the Latisse serum treatment, contact your doctor immediately. Do not delay or treat yourself at home without medical/professional supervision.
