 What's victim- intelligence?

 Those engaged in victim- intelligence, view life through a narrow lens of pessimistic comprehensions, believing whatever occurs in life is the result of outside causes. Inner reflection is noway considered. Being a victim means exonerating themselves of blame. Nothing is their fault- ever! Those engaged in victim intelligence most frequently enjoy the attention, sympathy and confirmation they get from playing this" poor me" part.
